Shipping & Returns
Shipping charges are an estimate. If the actual shipping is more you will be sent via email a PayPal invoice for the difference. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order or your order will ship as soon as payment is received. We reserve the option to change the shipping method without notice. All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. UPS is only used as a shipping estimate and we do not actually ship anything UPS.
All returns request must be made via email within 7 days of receipt. All damage notifications must be received within 3 days of receipt. We will make the insurance claim in most cases. We are one of many US Purchase web stores and all customer service request can be handled at the US Help Center 24/7/365.
